Ingredients

  • 1 can (14.75 oz) canned salmon, drained
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (plain or panko)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley or dill, chopped

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
