  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tsp cumin powder
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, cumin powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Mix until smooth.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Ensure all pieces are well-coated. Seal/cover and refrigerate for at least one hour; overnight is best.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat or your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Remove chicken from the marinade (discard the leftover marinade). Grill each side for about 6-7 minutes until fully cooked or bake on a greased sheet for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Let the chicken rest for five minutes before slicing and serve with your favorite sides.
