Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb frozen French fries
  • 8 oz boneless ribeye steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to the package instructions for the fries. Bake fries until golden brown and crispy.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, heat 1 tbsp of olive oil. Add sliced onions and bell peppers; sauté until softened and caramelized.
  3. In another pan, heat the remaining olive oil over medium-high heat. Cook the seasoned ribeye slices for about 3-4 minutes until browned but juicy.
  4. Sprinkle garlic powder over the cooked steak; add salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
  5. Once fries are done baking, layer them on a serving platter. Top with sautéed veggies and steak slices; generously sprinkle provolone cheese on top.
  6. Return loaded fries to the oven for an additional 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
