  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (full-fat)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon bits
  • 2 green onions (chopped)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Chop cauliflower into small florets.
