Description

Ingredients

  • Fresh Lobster Meat
  • Unsalted Butter
  • Top-Split Hot Dog Buns
  • Mayonnaise
  • Fresh Lemon Juice
  • Chopped Celery
  • Chives or Dill

Instructions

  1. Steam fresh lobsters until cooked through, about 10-15 minutes. Cool and extract the meat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, chopped celery, chives or dill, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
  3. Gently fold the lobster meat into the dressing until evenly coated.
  4. Heat butter in a pan over medium heat and toast the hot dog buns cut side down until golden brown.
  5. Generously fill each toasted bun with the lobster mixture and serve immediately.
