  • 1 lb chicken thighs, diced
  • 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated

  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente (about 8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
