- 1 tsp Korean red pepper flakes (gochugaru)
- 2 cups steamed rice
- 1 cup pickled radishes or cucumbers
Instructions
- Prepare the marinade by whisking together soy sauce, minced garlic, brown sugar, sesame oil, and gochugaru in a bowl.
- Place beef short ribs in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Seal tightly and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best flavor.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove marinated short ribs from the fridge and let sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes before grilling.
- Grill each side for about 4-5 minutes until nicely charred.
- Serve grilled beef alongside steamed rice and pickled vegetables, garnished with chopped green onions.
