  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fajita seasoning
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 4 flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil and fajita seasoning. Coat the flank steak with the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
