Ingredients

  • Sirloin steak
  • Fresh garlic

  • Fettuccine pasta

Instructions

  1. Cut the sirloin steak into bite-sized pieces and mince the garlic.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt half of the butter. Add the steak and cook until browned (3-4 minutes).
  3. Stir in minced garlic and Italian seasoning, cooking until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
  4. Boil fettuccine according to package instructions. Reserve some pasta water before draining.
  5. Add heavy cream and remaining butter to the skillet with steak, then mix in parmesan cheese until melted.
  6. Toss drained pasta with the creamy sauce in the skillet, adding reserved pasta water as needed for consistency. Top with chopped parsley before serving.
