  • 4 cups green cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-inch piece fresh ginger, grated
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 scallions, chopped (for garnish)
  • Cooked rice or noodles (to serve)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by chopping garlic and grating ginger. Slice the cabbage into thin strips.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the ground beef. Cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet; sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Stir in sliced cabbage and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until wilted but still crunchy.
  5. Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil; mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat, garnish with chopped scallions, and serve hot over rice or noodles.
