Ingredients

  • Fettuccine or linguine
  • Fresh or frozen shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • Tender steak (sirloin or ribeye)
  • Heavy cream
  • Cajun seasoning
  • Fresh garlic
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; reserve some pasta water.
  2. Sear seasoned steak in olive oil over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes per side; set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic, then add shrimp seasoned with Cajun spice; cook until shrimp are pink.
  4. Pour in heavy cream, scraping up bits from the skillet, and stir in Parmesan until melted.
