  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

  • Popsicle molds

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the mangoes into small chunks.
  2. In a blender, combine chopped mangoes, coconut milk, honey (or maple syrup), and lime juice. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, filling them nearly to the top.
  4. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  5. To unmold, run warm water over the outside of the molds briefly before removing.
