Ingredients

  • 2 cups cold brew coffee
  • 1 cup whole milk (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 1/4 cup sugar (or sweetener of choice)
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Brew your cold brew coffee by steeping coarsely ground coffee in cold water overnight (1 cup grounds per 4 cups water).
  2. Strain the cold brew and pour it into a mixing bowl.
  3. Mix in the milk until you reach your desired creaminess.
  4. Stir in sugar until fully dissolved, adjusting sweetness to taste.
  5. If using, add chocolate chips and mix gently.
  6. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving space for expansion.
  7. Freeze for at least 6 hours or until solid.
  8. To serve, run warm water over the outside of the molds to release popsicles.
