Description

Ingredients

  • Fresh salmon fillets
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Garlic powder
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Smoked paprika
  • Fresh lemon juice
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry and place them skin-side down on the baking sheet.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Spread the spice mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
  5. Squeeze fresh lemon juice on top of each fillet.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Let rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
