  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 4 burger buns

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
  2. Form the mixture into four equal-sized patties (about 6 oz each) and create a slight indentation in the center of each.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (375°F/190°C).
