  • 1 ½ cups fresh blackberries
  • 2 tsp lavender extract (culinary-grade)
  • 3 large eggs, room temperature
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and ¼ cup sugar in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. Bake crust for 10 minutes until golden brown; cool completely.
