  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Bamboo or metal skewers (soak bamboo skewers in water for 30 minutes)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, pepper, and parsley. Mix until just combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into six equal portions and shape each portion around a skewer.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill kebabs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through.
  4. Let kebabs rest for a few minutes before serving.
