  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped spinach, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, minced garlic, cream cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  2. Form equal-sized meatballs (about 1-2 inches in diameter).
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear meatballs until browned on all sides (about 5-7 minutes).
  4. Lower heat and add your choice of sauce. Simmer for another 10 minutes until cooked through.
