- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup bacon bits
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 2 green onions (chopped)
Instructions
- 1. Cook the chicken: Boil or bake until fully cooked; shred using two forks.
- 2. Combine ingredients: In a large bowl, blend shredded chicken with cream cheese, ranch mix, bacon bits, and half of the cheddar.
- 3. Add seasonings: Mix in green onions, salt, and pepper. Transfer to a baking dish; top with remaining cheddar.
- 4. Bake: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- 5. Garnish & serve: Cool slightly, garnish with additional green onions and red pepper flakes if desired. Serve warm with chips or veggies.
