Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package vegan wonton wrappers
  • 1 cup kimchi (vegan)
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms, finely chopped (shiitake preferred)
  • 1 cup firm tofu, crumbled
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Filling: In a bowl, mix crumbled tofu, chopped mushrooms, green onions, and kimchi until combined.
