Ingredients

- 1 cup firm tofu, crumbled
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
Instructions
- Prepare the Filling: In a bowl, mix crumbled tofu, chopped mushrooms, green onions, and kimchi until combined.
- Assemble the Dumplings: Place a tablespoon of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Moisten edges with water and fold into triangles; press firmly to seal.
- Cook the Dumplings: Heat oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Fry dumplings until golden brown on one side (about 3-4 minutes). Add water and cover to steam for an additional 5 minutes.
