- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

- Shape mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- In the same skillet (adding more oil if necessary), sear meatballs over medium-high heat until browned on all sides (about 3-4 minutes per side).
- Transfer meatballs to a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 15-20 minutes or until cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F/74°C).
