  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Cook the pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add linguine and cook according to package instructions until al dente (about 8-10 minutes). Drain, reserving some pasta water.
  2. 2. Sauté: In a large pan over medium heat, add olive oil. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute), then add chopped sun-dried tomatoes and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  3. 3. Make the sauce: Pour in heavy cream while stirring continuously. Add grated Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and combined.
  4. 4. Combine: Add cooked pasta directly into the sauce, tossing well to coat. If needed, add reserved pasta water for desired consistency.
