Description

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of a greased springform pan.
  2. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream, sugar, and vanilla; mix until creamy.
  3. Pour the filling over the crust and spread evenly.
  4. Bake for about 45 minutes until golden at edges and slightly jiggly in center. Cool in oven with door ajar for an hour, then refrigerate for at least four hours.
  5. Top with sliced peaches and mixed berries before serving.
