  • 2 cups fresh sweet corn (cut off the cob)
  • 1 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • Juice of 2 limes

  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise

Instructions
