  • 8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream (full-fat)
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Fresh Strawberries (diced)
  • 1/4 cup Cinnamon Sugar (for sprinkling)
  • Oil for frying (such as vegetable or canola)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat together softened cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Gently fold in diced strawberries.
  2. Place an eggroll wrapper on a flat surface. Add about 2 tablespoons of filling to the center, fold up the bottom corner over the filling, then tuck in the sides and roll tightly. Seal edges with water if needed.
  3. Heat oil in a deep skillet to 350°F (175°C).
