Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 8 corn or flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 avocado, sliced

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken: In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, cumin, paprika, and chili powder. Add chicken, ensuring it’s well coated. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  3. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove and let rest for 5 minutes.
  4. Slice the chicken into thin strips and warm tortillas on the grill.
  5. Assemble tacos by placing sliced chicken on tortillas and adding toppings.
