  • 6 large hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp chili paste (like sambal oelek)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 tsp paprika (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the hard-boiled eggs by boiling them for 12 minutes, then cooling in ice water.
  2. Once cooled, peel the eggs gently and slice them in half lengthwise.
  3. Scoop out the yolks into a bowl and mix with mayonnaise, chili paste, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites.
  5. Garnish with paprika and chopped green onions.
