Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 4 soft bread rolls (sourdough recommended)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a large pot, add salt, and cook spaghetti until al dente per package instructions.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Drain spaghetti, reserving some pasta water. Combine spaghetti with garlic mixture in the skillet.
  4. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Hollow out the tops of bread rolls.
  5. Mix grated Parmesan and parsley into the spaghetti before stuffing each roll.
  6. Drizzle stuffed rolls with olive oil and bake on a baking sheet for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
