  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta in salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. While the pasta cools, chop the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell peppers, and red onion into bite-sized pieces.
