- 1 cup whole milk (or almond/oat milk)
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup strawberry puree (freshly blended)
- Chocolate frosting (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease three 9-inch round cake pans.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, cocoa powder, and salt until blended.
- Add softened butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla to the dry ingredients. Mix on medium speed until smooth and fluffy.
- Divide the batter into three bowls: leave one as vanilla, mix strawberry puree into the second, and add cocoa powder to the third for chocolate.
- Pour each batter into greased pans and bake for 25-30 minutes. Check with a toothpick; it should come out clean.
- Let cakes cool in pans for about 10 minutes before transferring them to wire racks to cool completely.
- Assemble by layering chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry cakes with frosting in between each layer.
