Instructions

  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, vegetable oil, grated carrots, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Gradually combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients, mixing gently until just combined. Avoid overmixing for better texture.
  5. Spoon or pipe the batter into the donut pan about two-thirds full. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool slightly before transferring to wire racks.
  6. For the glaze, mix powdered sugar with milk until smooth and pourable. Drizzle over cooled donuts before serving.
