  • 2 cups almond milk (or regular milk)

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats and protein powder until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the almond milk, eggs, and maple syrup until smooth. Pour this mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
