  • ½ cup ketchup (divided)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the chopped onion until soft and translucent (about 5 minutes). Allow to cool slightly.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, cooled onions, ¼ cup ketchup, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
