  • 1 cup Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 4 sub rolls
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper until well combined. Form into golf-sized meatballs and place on the baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 25 minutes until browned and cooked through.
