  • 2 large Russet potatoes (about 1 lb each)
  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions
  • ¼ cup cooked bacon bits
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
