  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup hot honey
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 4 brioche buns
  • Pickles (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Rinse and pat dry chicken breasts, seasoning both sides with salt and pepper.
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Dredge chicken in the flour mixture until fully coated.

  5. Assemble sandwiches by spreading hot honey sauce on both sides of brioche buns, adding fried chicken and pickles.
