  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 4 slices white bread
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Fold in chopped strawberries.
  2. Spread the filling between two slices of bread to form sandwiches. Repeat with remaining bread.
  3. Set up a dipping station with beaten eggs in one bowl and panko breadcrumbs in another.
