Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a large baking dish.
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground meat until fully cooked. Add diced bell pepper and sauté for about 5 minutes.
