  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs: Place them in a saucepan, cover with cold water, and bring to a boil. Cover and remove from heat; let sit for 12 minutes.
  2. Cool down: Transfer the eggs to an ice bath for at least 5 minutes.
  3. Peel the eggs: Gently crack and peel each egg, starting from the wider end.
  4. Make the filling: Halve the eggs and scoop out yolks into a bowl. Mash yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, and paprika until smooth.
