- 3–4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sriracha (or hot sauce)
- Lettuce leaves for topping

Instructions
