  • 1 cup grilled chicken breast, sliced
  • 4 slices thick-cut bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 medium ripe avocado, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
  • ½ cup blue cheese crumbles
  • ¼ cup dressing of your choice (vinaigrette or ranch recommended)

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Place in a large bowl.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper; grill over medium heat until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C), about 6-7 minutes per side. Let rest before slicing.
  3. Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 5 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels and crumble.
  4. In the bowl with lettuce, add sliced grilled chicken, crumbled bacon, diced avocado, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced hard-boiled eggs, and blue cheese crumbles.
  5. Drizzle with your favorite dressing; toss gently to combine without squishing the avocados.
