  • 1 cup mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes in cold water until fork-tender (15-20 minutes). Drain and let cool.
  2. While boiling, prepare hard-boiled eggs by cooking them in boiling water for 10-12 minutes. Transfer to ice-cold water for easy peeling.
  3. Chop the cooled potatoes, celery, pickles, and diced eggs.
