  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the flour, granulated sugar, instant yeast, and salt.
  2. Create a well in the center; add warm milk, melted butter, and eggs. Stir until combined into a sticky dough.
  3. Transfer to a floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place dough in an oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm spot for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle (½ inch thick), spread with softened butter, then sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
  6. Roll tightly from one edge to form a log; slice into individual rolls (about 2 inches each) and place cut-side up in a greased baking dish.
  7. Let rolls rise again while preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
