- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated

- 2 tsp ground coriander

- 1 tsp garam masala
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup tahini
- Zest of 1 lemon
Instructions
- Cut chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces. In a bowl, mix yogurt, garlic, ginger, cumin, coriander, paprika, garam masala, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken to marinade and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour or overnight.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Soak wooden skewers in water for about 30 minutes if using.
- Thread marinated chicken onto skewers without overcrowding them.
- Grill skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until charred and cooked through (internal temperature should reach at least 165°F).
- For the sauce, whisk tahini with lemon zest and salt; add water for desired consistency.
