  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup thick tomato sauce
  • 1 can (13.5 oz) full-fat coconut milk
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tsp ground coriander
  • 2 tsp garam masala
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp ginger paste
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for sautéing

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, garlic, ginger paste, cumin, coriander, and lemon juice. Add chicken breasts and coat thoroughly. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
