  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded whole milk mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Set up three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs mixed with salt and pepper, and one with breadcrumbs.
  3. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in egg mixture, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; sear chicken until golden brown (about 4–5 minutes per side).
  5. Place seared chicken in a baking dish, top with marinara sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
