- 8 corn or flour tortillas
- 2 cups green enchilada sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- ¼ cup fresh cilantro (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Boil water in a large pot, add chicken breasts, and cook for about 15 minutes until tender. Shred the chicken using two forks.
