  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 8 slider buns
  • 8 slices American cheese
  • 4 tbsp ketchup
  • 4 tbsp mustard
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 large tomato (sliced)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine ground beef with salt and pepper; mix gently.
  3. Form mixture into 8 small patties.
  4. Heat skillet over medium-high heat; cook patties for 3-4 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C). Add cheese slices during the last minute.
  5. Slice slider buns in half horizontally. Assemble sliders with a patty on each bottom half, followed by ketchup, mustard, lettuce, and tomato. Place top bun on each.
  6. Serve immediately for best enjoyment.
