  • 1 lb boneless chicken breasts
  • 5 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated fresh parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (1 stick)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup buffalo sauce (adjust for spice preference)
  • 2 tbsp freshly chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente (8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook for about 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and slice.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  4. Add heavy cream and buffalo sauce, stirring to combine. Let simmer for 3-5 minutes until thickened.
  5. Return sliced chicken to the skillet along with drained pasta. Toss with grated parmesan until well-coated.
