  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese dressing (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Rinse and dry chicken wings thoroughly. Toss with salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a large bowl.
  3. Arrange wings on a baking sheet or in an air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Bake for 40-45 minutes or air fry for about 25 minutes until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
  5. While cooking, melt butter and mix with buffalo sauce. Once wings are done, toss them in the sauce mixture.
  6. Serve immediately with blue cheese dressing on the side.
